IMPROVEMENT is represented by our Director and member of ISL-FD (International Society of Lyophilization – Freeze Drying), Dr. Jorge Sassone.

The PAT Committee (Process Analytical Technology), is part of ISL-FD, where Dr. Jorge Sassone works as the Coordinator of the Executive Committee.

The PAT Committee assesses and develops international standards applicable to the Lyophilization – Freeze Drying process, a highlight inside the PAT.

This committee’s activities are developed inside the Subcommittee E55-03 of ASTM International, which ISL-FD is member.

The application of module PAT in Lyophilization – Freeze Drying processes will have in years to come a crucial impact in the advances produced in Equipments, Instrumentals, Process and Development, Quality Control referred to manufacturing of lyophilized and Dried powders x Freezing and Sublimation.
